Wake Up Looking Like You Again

You know the morning face. Puffy eyes, a jawline that went missing overnight, hands that feel tight and swollen, and you have not even had breakfast yet.

Svelora is a gentle herbal blend that supports your body's own lymphatic flow, the system that quietly moves fluid along. Give it a week or two and the mornings start to feel different.

After

How Lighter Actually Feels

🌅

Lighter Mornings

Less puffiness where you notice it first.

Lighter Energy

That sluggish, stagnant feeling lifts a little.

🦵

Lighter Legs

Sitting, standing, flying, without the heavy feeling.

👖

Lighter Middle

Your waistband feeling like it did last week.

"Isn't This Just A Water Pill?"

No. Water pills and detox teas force the issue with caffeine or laxatives, and you pay for it with jitters, cramps, and a day spent near a bathroom.

Svelora is caffeine-free, laxative-free and alcohol-free, made from herbs traditionally used for lymphatic support. It works with your body at a gentle daily pace, not against it.

30-Day Guarantee

Try Svelora for 30 mornings. If you do not feel lighter and less puffy, email us and we refund you, opened bottle and all.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

How do I take it?

One full dropper (1 ml) once or twice a day, in water, tea, or under the tongue for 30 seconds. Morning is the easiest habit to keep.

What is in it?

A plant-based blend of herbs traditionally used for lymphatic support, including cleavers, dandelion root, burdock root and red clover, in an alcohol-free base.

What does it taste like?

Mildly herbal and slightly sweet, nothing like cough syrup. Most people drop it straight into their morning water and forget it is there.

Is it safe to take every day?

It is made for daily use and contains no stimulants or laxatives. If you are pregnant, nursing, or take medication (especially blood thinners or blood pressure medication), check with your doctor first.

What research or studies back this product?

Straight answer: no single study has tested a finished bottle of LymphaLite™, and you should be suspicious of any drops brand that claims one. What we can point to is the research on each of the four herbs in the formula, and the research behind the daily routine we send you with it. Here's what to search if you want to check it yourself.

Dandelion root and leaf (Taraxacum officinale). The best-known human trial is Clare, Conroy and Spelman, "The diuretic effect in human subjects of an extract of Taraxacum officinale folium over a single day," Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, 2009. Seventeen volunteers took dandelion leaf extract and researchers measured a significant increase in urination frequency and volume over the following hours. Dandelion is also naturally rich in potassium, which matters because most diuretics strip potassium out; a good overview is Schütz, Carle and Schieber, "Taraxacum, a review on its phytochemical and pharmacological profile," Journal of Ethnopharmacology, 2006.

Burdock root (Arctium lappa). A randomized trial in people with knee osteoarthritis found that burdock root tea taken for six weeks lowered inflammatory and oxidative-stress markers compared with placebo: Maghsoudi et al., "Effect of Arctium lappa L. (Burdock) root tea on inflammatory status and oxidative stress in patients with knee osteoarthritis," International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases, 2016. For a broader summary of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds, see Chan et al., "A review of the pharmacological effects of Arctium lappa (burdock)," Inflammopharmacology, 2011.

Red clover blossom (Trifolium pratense). Red clover is one of the most studied botanicals in women's health. Its isoflavones have been tested in multiple placebo-controlled trials for menopausal symptoms and vascular function; a 2021 meta-analysis in Nutrients by Kanadys et al. pools the clinical data. We include it because hormonal shifts (cycle, perimenopause) are one of the seven everyday triggers of water retention, and red clover is the ingredient in the formula aimed at that lever.

Cleavers (Galium aparine). We'll be direct: cleavers has centuries of documented traditional use as a "lymphatic tonic" in Western herbalism, and laboratory studies on its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds, but very little modern human-trial data. It's in the formula for its traditional role, not because we can cite a clinical trial, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend.

The routine matters as much as the drops. The strongest evidence of all is behind what the guide asks you to do every day. Sodium intake and water retention are tightly linked (the World Health Organization's sodium guideline and the research behind it), higher potassium intake helps the body release sodium and water (Aburto et al., "Effect of increased potassium intake on cardiovascular risk factors and disease," BMJ, 2013), and the lymphatic system has no pump of its own, so it relies on muscle movement and gravity, which is why calf raises, walking and legs-up time are in the plan. For the mechanics of lymph flow, see Mortimer and Rockson, "New developments in clinical aspects of lymphatic disease," Journal of Clinical Investigation, 2014. Manual lymphatic drainage massage, which the massage map in the guide is based on, has its own Cochrane review (Ezzo et al., 2015).

What this means for you. LymphaLite™ is a traditional herbal supplement built on ingredients with real research behind them, delivered as a liquid so it absorbs quickly, and paired with a routine that does the heavy lifting. It is not a medicine, it does not treat or cure any disease, and if you have kidney, heart or liver conditions, take diuretics or blood thinners, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before starting. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

What if it does not work for me?

Then it costs you nothing. The 30 day guarantee puts the risk on us, not you.
